We used ICON to collect on an account that had been outstanding for over a year. The customer was not communicating with us and not answering emails, phonecalls etc. We hired ICON to help us collect the amounts owing. Although at the beginning of the process, I was unsure as to whether they would be able to help (i had not much communication from anyone as to what was happening with collections), turns out behind the scenes, they were working hard DAILY at contacting the customer. Within A MONTH, we received partial payment from the customer and in less than 2 months after contacting ICON, we received FULL PAYMENT on the amounts owing. I would definitely recommend ICON for any collection issues you are having.
